Earnest Carey and wife, Robby, have led and fed Flat Creek for 20 years. Earnest's love for our great God, and tireless devotion to teaching, preaching, and shepherding, has driven lives into deeper relationships with our Lord. Meet and talk with Pastor Earnest at the Sunday or Wednesday services.
What can I expect?
Flat Creek holds a Sunday morning worship service that builds deeper relationships with God by singing pleasing praises to our Lord, reading and teaching the Bible, serving our fellow believers and friends, and praying together.
What time should I arrive?
Arriving at 10:45a for the Sunday morning service (15 minutes prior for all services) will give you ample time to park, walk in, chat with members, and get seated.
Where should I go?
Park in the lot behind the church building. There are some visitor spaces marked and available, as well as handicapped parking to the side of the church. After parking, walk to the right of the church building to enter the double doors at the side. A handicap ramp is available on the exterior, and a chair lift is available just inside the foyer. You will now be at the main sanctuary and ready to pick up a brochure and grab a seat.
What should I wear?
Flat Creek members dress from shorts to suits. The majority of the congregation dresses business casual, but we encourage you to simply come as you are.
Our nursery is open during all service hours. It can be found at the end of the educational wing hallway.
Toddlers up to pre-schoolers have a class to themselves for all service times.
This age group begins Sunday morning service singing praise in the main service. A separate Children's Church class then convenes during preaching.
Youth class is held Sunday morning at 10:00, and at all other service times. Youth participate in the main Sunday morning worship service.
